1. Acceptance of Terms

By registering an account, logging in, or otherwise accessing or using the sirap77 platform ("Platform"), you ("Member", "User", "You") acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be legally bound by these Terms & Conditions ("Terms"), together with the sirap77 Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, all of which are incorporated herein by reference.

If you do not accept these Terms in their entirety, you must immediately cease access to and use of the sirap77 Platform. sirap77 reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Platform following publication of any amendment constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

2. Eligibility and Age Restriction

Access to and use of sirap77 is strictly restricted to individuals who meet all of the following eligibility criteria:

• You are at least 21 years of age (or such higher minimum age as may be required by the laws applicable in your jurisdiction of residence);
• You are accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction in which online gambling is not prohibited by applicable law;
• You are not a current or former self-excluded member under any self-exclusion programme operated by sirap77 or an affiliated platform;
• You are acting on your own behalf and not as an agent or representative of any third party;
• You are not a current employee, director, officer, or contractor of sirap77 or any associated entity, nor a close family member of any such person.

sirap77 reserves the right to request documentary evidence of age, identity, and address at any time. Accounts found to be held by individuals who do not meet the eligibility requirements will be suspended or permanently closed, and any funds held in breach of these Terms may be withheld pending investigation.

3. Account Registration and Security

Each individual may hold only one active sirap77 account. Registration of duplicate accounts is strictly prohibited. sirap77 reserves the right to close duplicate accounts and to void any bonuses, winnings, or transactions associated with them.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your sirap77 login credentials. You must not share your username or password with any third party. sirap77 will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorised access to your account resulting from your failure to maintain credential security.

You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and to update such information promptly if it changes. Providing false information, including misrepresentation of identity or age, is a material breach of these Terms and will result in immediate account closure.

4. Deposits, Withdrawals and Payment Processing

sirap77 accepts deposits via the payment channels listed on the Platform from time to time, including but not limited to Touch n Go eWallet, Boost, and bank transfers through participating Malaysian financial institutions including Maybank, CIMB, and Public Bank. Minimum and maximum deposit amounts are as published on the Platform.

All deposits and withdrawals are processed in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR). Currency conversion fees, if any, are borne by the Member. sirap77 does not accept deposits from third-party payment sources — the payment method used to deposit must be registered in the same name as the sirap77 account holder.

Withdrawal requests are processed subject to identity verification. sirap77 reserves the right to request Know Your Customer ("KYC") documentation, including but not limited to government-issued photo identification and proof of address, before processing any withdrawal. Withdrawal processing timeframes are as published on the Platform and may vary based on the withdrawal channel selected.

sirap77 reserves the right to suspend withdrawal processing pending the outcome of any investigation into suspected fraudulent activity, money laundering, bonus abuse, or breach of these Terms.

5. Bonuses and Promotions

sirap77 may from time to time offer bonuses, free credits, cashback, and other promotional incentives to Members ("Bonuses"). All Bonuses are subject to the specific terms and wagering requirements published at the time the Bonus is offered.

Bonuses are credited to the Member's account in accordance with the applicable promotion terms. Where a Bonus is subject to a wagering requirement, the Bonus funds and any winnings derived therefrom may not be withdrawn until the wagering requirement is fulfilled in full. Wagering requirements, eligible games, and time limits vary by promotion and are stated in the relevant promotion terms.

sirap77 reserves the right to withdraw, amend, or cancel any Bonus at any time where it reasonably suspects abuse, collusion, or exploitation of the promotional system. Members found to have abused the Bonus system may have their accounts suspended and all associated Bonus funds forfeited.

Bonuses are non-transferable and may not be exchanged for cash except in accordance with their stated wagering requirements. Bonuses are not valid where prohibited by applicable law.

6. Gameplay Rules and Fair Play

All games available on the sirap77 Platform are supplied by internationally licensed and independently certified software providers. Random Number Generator (RNG) engines powering relevant games are subject to independent third-party audit and certification to ensure fair and unpredictable outcomes. Live dealer games are conducted by professionally trained dealers in licensed studio environments.

Members must at all times conduct themselves in accordance with applicable game rules and the general standards of conduct required by sirap77. sirap77 strictly prohibits:

• The use of automated software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence tools to gain an advantage in any game;
• Collusion with other Members or with any sirap77 employee or representative;
• Deliberate exploitation of software errors, glitches, or exploits;
• Chargebacks or reversal of legitimate payment transactions after winnings have been received;
• Any form of fraud, money laundering, or financing of illegal activities through the Platform.

sirap77 reserves the right to void bets, suspend accounts, and report suspicious activity to relevant authorities where any of the above behaviours are reasonably suspected.

7. Responsible Gaming

sirap77 is committed to promoting responsible gaming. The Platform provides tools including deposit limits, loss limits, session time reminders, cooling-off periods, and self-exclusion facilities to assist Members in managing their gaming activity. 9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, sirap77, its officers, directors, employees, and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of gaming opportunities, arising from or in connection with your use of the Platform, even if sirap77 has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

sirap77 does not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components. Scheduled and unscheduled maintenance, technical failures, and third-party service outages may result in temporary Platform unavailability. sirap77 will not be liable for losses arising from such interruptions.

10. Governing Law and Disputes

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable international gaming regulations under which sirap77 holds its operating licence. Any dispute arising in connection with these Terms or the use of the sirap77 Platform shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the relevant licensing authority's dispute resolution mechanism in the first instance.

Prior to initiating any formal dispute, Members are required to contact sirap77 customer support and allow a reasonable period for resolution. sirap77 aims to resolve all Member disputes fairly and in a timely manner.

11. Amendments and Severability

sirap77 reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Material amendments will be communicated to Members via the Platform or by email to the registered address. The effective date of the current version is stated at the top of this document. Continued use of the Platform following any amendment constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid, unlawful, or unenforceable by a court or regulatory authority of competent jurisdiction, such provision shall be severed from the remaining Terms, which shall continue in full force and effect.
